Our One Bedroom Apartment
Located in the heart of downtown Lexington, the apartment has a full kitchen and living room, separate king-size bedroom with its own bath, walk-in shower and heated floors.
Overlooking the Pavilion, it’s perfect for everything from Thursday Night Live to the local Farmer's Market. The best of urban living and everything you want is right outside the front door.
The space
The space is a modern, tasteful restoration of a historic Lexington building that features a full kitchen and living room and a large, king-size bedroom and bath.
This suite is located downtown, above a bar, and can be loud on the weekends. We have included sound deadening curtains, a white noise machine, ear plugs and other features to reduce the sound, but it is impossible to prevent all the sounds from a vibrant urban area.
*Families with young children may want to consider the noise level on weekends prior to booking.
Guest access
Custom codes to unlock the doors are provided to each guest. Codes are never reused.
Guests access the apartment by entering through a locked street door and entering their unit through a private locked door.
Parking is available across the street (2 locations) in a paid lot. Additionally, there is a paid garage close by. Each of the options is less than a 1-minute walk from the apartment.
One of the best features of this apartment is the close proximity to many of the local hot spots. In many instances, walking will be easier and faster to get to many points of interest.

Other things to note
As stated, this space is located in the heart of downtown. The units are located around and above active bars and restaurants that will frequently play or have live music, especially on the weekends. This is wonderful for accessibility and convenience; however, it comes with sounds from outside activities. We have done our best to reduce these sounds including installing sound deadening curtains and double pane windows, but please consider this if you are a light sleeper.

We have an additional 2 bedroom 2 bath unit located in the same complex if you need more space!
